At Step Ahead ABA, we partner with you to create programs based on the unique and individual goals of your family. We provide personalized ABA therapy for children and young adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We use natural environment and play-based learning to teach new skills that are motivating and fun!
WHAT IS ABA THERAPY?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy is the science of shaping behavior and teaching new skills, using observations, data collection and motivating reinforcement. ABA is proven to build essential skills, including communication, socialization, executive functioning and self-care for individuals with autism.
ABA therapy is widely used and shows effectiveness in improving behaviors and skills in individuals with ASD. It is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Step Ahead ABA provides a tailored approach to meet the unique needs and goals of every family we partner with.
IN-HOME ABA THERAPY
We offer in-home and community-based ABA therapy throughout the state. We work with individuals ages 18 months to 21 years old.
Our in-home services focus on skills such as communication skills, behavior skills, activities of daily living, social skills, and more!
PARENT & CAREGIVER GUIDANCE
We are in this together. Our therapists give hands-on training to parents and caregivers so you can incorporate skills into daily routines and reinforce what’s been accomplished during therapy.
We strive to empower your family with the knowledge and skills you need to support your child throughout their development.
Additionally, our team will work alongside you to collaborate with other members of your child’s care team including speech therapists, occupational therapists, or school IEP teams!

STEP 2
We’ll Verify Your Insurance
Within 48 hours of receiving your intake paperwork, our intake team will contact your insurance company to verify eligibility of coverage and authorization to schedule an assessment of your child.
STEP 3
Assessment & Individualized
Treatment Plan
Once your authorization is approved by your insurance, we will schedule an assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Our BCBAs are super friendly and will work directly with your child in your own home to develop an individualized treatment plan.
